BIOGRAPHY
Following his postdoctoral fellowship, Yvan Boutin served as Research Director for a small biotechnology SME in the Quebec City region for over a year. Subsequently, he began his career as a professor at Cégep de Lévis in the Biology and Biotechnology Department. He was one of TransBIOTech's inaugural professor-researchers. Since then, he has consistently undertaken applied research projects to foster innovation within life sciences companies. He is also a regular research member of the Institute of Nutrition and Functional Foods at Université Laval.
