History
INNOVATION AT THE HEART OF OUR PASSIONS
TransBIOTech is a college center of technology transfer (CCTT) created in 1999. It is associated with the Cégep de Lévis and recognized by the Quebec government. As an NPO specialized in biological sciences, it is an actor of innovation and a leader in its support to biotechnology companies. Since 2002, thanks to contributions from the Quebec government and the Canada Foundation for Innovation, TransBIOTech has built a high-level research complex that meets Health Canada's containment 2 standards. The organization is a member of the Synchronex Network, which brings together the CCTTs, as well as a member of Tech-Access Canada.
