The Sapphire™ is a biomolecular imager utilizing a laser system for detecting fluorescent images (visible and near-infrared). It enables the analysis of electrophoresis gels and immunoblots (Western Blots). It is equipped with multiple lasers, allowing for the simultaneous analysis of the expression of several proteins. It also features a module for chemiluminescence analysis. Among other applications, it facilitates quantitative immunoblots, protein arrays, and in-cell ELISA.
